Within Fortnite v22.20, DJ Lyka waits in the Reality Tree to help transform you into a monster resembling a wolf… equipped with Wolf-like powers.
Making yourself into a monster only one of the many aspects the game Fortnitemares 2022. You can also complete Quests to earn bonuses, defeat Cube Monsters in Zero Build Horde Rush or throw your own party with items that aren’t avaulted and much many more. Fortnitemares 2022 will run until November 1st, at 2 am ET!
HOWLER CLAWS, HIGHER SENSES
When you’re done dancing to the DJ Lyka’s tune take a step onto One of the Tree’s Alternate Altars and you’ll have the chance to use an Ritual Emote. (Far far from Reality Tree? Don’t worry — altars are available in other places as well!) After the ceremony is completed and you’re rewarded with The Howler Claws. This item is a supernatural one that you can use to increase your canine skills:
WOLFSCENT ABILITY
When you have The Howler Claws fitted, make a loud noise in order to use your Wolfscent Power which lasts for a brief duration before entering the cooling phase. The Wolfscent Ability allows you to have an ability to track your surroundings, continuously marking the enemies within a radius of. If there are no enemies within the area then the Wolfscent Ability will be activated immediately and the cooldown begins.
(Are you being followed by your tracking vision? It will inform you by a heartbeat that is audible, becoming louder and louder as the hunter gets closer …)
The Howler Claws.
SLASH Ability
The Howler Claws of course gives you… claws. But these claws are far more than just a sharp pair of fingernails. Utilizing the Slash ability you can show no fear and unleash an attack that is four-combo.
AIR SASH Ability
Your claws enable you to air cut too. Through Air Slash Ability Air Slash ability you can perform a double-jump that inflicts harm on opponents when you land.
NO STRUCTURES. LOTS OF MONSTERS
Horde Rush is back! However, this time it’s different. Cube Monsters are playing with a twist in their sleeves. It game is Zero Build Horde Rush. With your team will you be able to take on the hordes of monsters, gather score multipliers, make combos, survive in various places, and even be able to defeat the final Boss without using building? Find out during Zero Build Horde Rush is accessible on the Discover screen until long after Fortnitemares is over (November 15th, when the downtime for v22.40 starts).
It’s true, Zero Build Horde Rush will be available through October 1 and for short period of time. After Fortnitemares closes, look out for Horde-Rush Quests which you can finish to earn a unique rewards…
DO NOT USE YOUR FORTNITEMARKS IN CONTRAST
The upcoming Horde Rush Quests but there are other more general Fortnitemares questsstarting right now! In addition they will have you take part in your Alteration Altar ritual, visit Fortnitemarish places such as Grim Gables and make use of non-vaulted items such as Candy and the Pumpkin Launcher. Completing Fortnitemares Quests will gain the XP… and also several delightful delights.

Two Fortnitemares Quests are available every day for 14 days. After completing five quests challenges, you’ll unlock All’s Over Glider. After completing 13 you’ll unlock the Chroma Cage Bling. For completing 25 and above, you’ll be able to gain access to an unmaker pickaxe. The Quests are open to completion until Fortnitemares closes in November 1, 2 am ET.

More INFORMATION V22.20: CUSTOM DIAGONALS KEYBOARD MOVEMENT
In v22.20 In v22.20, in v22.20, a “Custom Diagonals Keyboard movement” setting was introduced to the Mouse and Keyboard settings tab. With this setting you’ll now be able to modify the diagonal motion of your character according to your preference of degree of movement.
To activate the setting, click the Mouse and Keyboard tab and switch “Use Custom Diagonals” to “On.” Then change your “Forward Diagonal Angle” and “Backward Diagonal Angle” to your preferred motion angle.
COMPETITIVE NOTES
- Except for map updates, Fortnitemares modifications aren’t included in competitive playlists.
MAJOR BUG MODIFIES
- Reboot Cards will no longer sink if the user was removed from the water.
- Players can now track the progression of their EvoChrome weapon’s evolutions on competitive playlists.
- The right stick that is positioned on the controller does not cause accidental navigation menus.
- Fixed a problem on the mobile, causing it to appear to be floating above the surface.
